You must consider getting plenty of exercise, cooking your foods right and not using too many additives, increasing your fruits and vegetable intake, and more. Getting the proper amount of sleep is also very important for living a healthy lifestyle. Simple rest will work wonders! Everyone varies but 6-8 hours is best. Some people can run on as little as 4-5 hours of sleep while others just take naps constantly throughout the day.

Most Importantly go easy on yourself and learn to forgive yourself if you "slip" but don't stay on the floor to long if you "fall." Everyone's nutrition is going to be what's best for them and not what's best for other people. Don't be too overindulgent in the fatty foods but don't be so rigid that you beat yourself up over a candy bar. Find the balance that is best for you.
