Eating healthy means that you need to make smart decisions with
the foods that you eat. The best thing that you can do is increase your fruits and vegetables. The healthiest fruits that you can eat include blueberries, cantaloupe, and
more. Fruits are also high in antioxidants and they are very healthy for your body. In addition fruit is also high in natural sugars that most people get from artificial sources like candy or soda.
Natural sugars don't have a "crashing" effect like those sugars and they are low in calories and usually have little to no fat. Foods that have these sugars induce headaches and stomaches as well
as interior deterioration of the body.
Green vegetables are very healthy. They are high in antioxidants and spinach, broccoli, and others are considered cancer fighting drugs. Broccoli alone is used for
detoxification, stomach health, cataracts, Sun Burned Skin, Strong Bones and Birth Defection Prevention. You must think about how you cook and eat your vegetables though. If you put too much salt
and too much butter on your vegetables then you are missing the purpose. This will only make them fattening and you must be careful about cooking the nutrients out of them because that's what gives
them their power. To retain the most flavor try steaming your vegetables. If you cook your broccoli in extra virgin olive oil the same amount of vitamin C will be retained as eating them raw. In
addition to broccoli and spinach other healthy greens are Kale, Green Peas, Romaine Lettuce, Parsley, Celery, and green beans.Home | About Us | Contact Us | Privacy Policy | Site Map | Blog | Myspace
